Stuart Bloomfield
CIO
Waitematā DHB & Counties Manukau Health

My career as a health IT leader started with programming, then a range of management roles including Mental Health IT, through to CIO of both Waitematā and Counties Manukau DHBs.

I find working in health challenging and invigorating, where we have the imperative to improve the lives of patients and clinicians through better systems. I have a track record of building high functioning teams with a focus on tangible outcomes. I believe partnering with clinical leaders and growing clinician/informatician hybrids is key to data and digital advancement in healthcare.

Anne Speden
Executive Director Digital Enablement
Hawke's Bay DHB

Anne Speden joined the Hawkes Bay District Health Board in February 2017.

Anne previously worked at New Zealand Police where she held the position nationally leading all of Police’s ICT business and community focussed solutions. Prior to that Anne worked for a variety of different private sector organisations.

During her time in health Anne has focussed on trans-formal change moving to a modern, agile, people centred and outcome based health ecosystem, working locally, regionally and nationally.

Data and Digital are critical enablers to support the key system shifts to realise the health system reforms; working in partnership with our clinicians and community is fundamental to implementing smarter ways of working and delivering measurable value.
