The Accenture Catalyst Award celebrates individuals and teams who are helping the health workforce get future-ready for digital transformation. If you’re building the confidence, capability, and competence of frontline staff while making a clear digital health impact for people, whānau, and communities — this award is for you.

What you could win:

$5,000 to sustain or scale your initiative (e.g. tools, training, equity enhancements, new resources)
An opportunity to present your work at a HiNZ event, including a complimentary pass and coverage in HiNZ media (current value over $1,000)
National recognition as a digital health catalyst

Who can apply?

The award is open to any individual or team empowering the frontline workforce through digital health. Whether you work in care delivery, education, technology, management, or another role, if you are helping build workforce readiness and delivering impact at the frontline, you are eligible to apply.
