If you click the link to register and it takes you directly to the webinar showcase, you are already registered for the series and can watch all webinars LIVE and ON-DEMAND.

If you click the link and it takes you to the webinar registration page, try entering your email address in the section at the bottom of the page and the system will display a message if you are not registered for the webinar series.

It is possible that your organisation firewall settings are blocking this page. We suggest trying to use another device outside of your organisation infrastructure to register and view the event.

Don’t forget, anyone registered for the webinar series will be sent links to view the presentations on-demand after the event.

The good news is that you are being taken directly to the webinar showcase where the webinar is hosted, so this means you are already registered.

Click this same link on the day to watch the LIVE event, then you only need to click on the webinar graphic and you will see the event webcast. At the moment if you did this, it would just say “waiting to broadcast”.

The webinar will be available to view on-demand within 4 hours of the live broadcast ending (often sooner). You will be able to watch on-demand by clicking on the same link as the live event.

All LIVE streams will automatically start with the volume muted. Simply click unmute on the webinar player. 

To view information about the speaker panel at any time during the webinar, please click the arrow button (second option from bottom right of the player) and select the ‘Info’ option.

To post a question to the speaker, please click the arrow button (second option from bottom right of the player) and select the ‘Ask a Question’ option. Please include your name and email address.
