How to access App

Step 1 - Activate your account on the app website

Every conference delegate was sent an email invitation to activate their access to the conference app.


In order to access your account for the first time you must first click the activation link in the invitation email.


Your email address is your login and you will be prompted to set up your own password. If you didn’t receive your email invitation, please check your spam folder or follow the instructions on the app FAQ page to login manually. If you still need help, come to the app help desk at the conference.


Step 2 - Download the mobile app

To use the app on your Apple or Android phone, you need to also download the mobile app. Go to the app store and search for HINZ2016 to find the app.

If you do not have an Android or Apple phone, you can still use the conference app by going to the app website at
