Q. I didn’t get the email invite. How do I login?

If you didn't receive the invite (it may have been trapped by your spam filter), here is another way to login:

  • Go to https://hinz2019.zerista.com
  • Enter your email address (the one you registered for the conference with)
  • If you are a new user, the system will ask you to choose a password.
Q. When I login to the Zerista website it says my email address is "not registered"

This is because you are trying to login with an email address that is NOT the same one you registered with. This typically happens when a colleague or your travel agent has registered you for the conference - as they mistakenly enter their own email address in step one of the registration process. (We are very explicit on the registration form that it needs to be the delegate's email address, but inevitably some people ignore these instructions, which eventually means the delegate can't login to the app.) If you think this has happened to you, please email us at webcast@hinz.org.nz with your correct email address, as we will need to delete your app profile and recreate it.

Q. The link in my invite email says it has ‘expired’

The link ‘expires’ as soon as you login to the Zerista website with your username and password OR if you have forwarded it to a different email address (as it is linked to the email address you registered with). If it is saying the link has expired, then you need to:

  • Login again, from the original email
  • OR go to https://hinz2019.zerista.com
  • Enter your email address in the username field
  • Enter app2019 in the password field. If that doesn't work, ask the system to reset your password by clicking on the 'need help logging in' link underneath the login fields. The system should automatically send you an automated password reset email.
Q. How do I find the conference App?

If you wish to use the App on a mobile device, you will also need to download the App from the Android or Apple store onto your chosen device:

  • Search for HiNZ 2019 in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.
  • The login/password for the mobile App will be the same as for the Zerista website, i.e., your email and your chosen password.
  • Alternatively, go to the mobile website at http://hinz2019.zerista.com and log in.
Q. I have logged into the website and downloaded the App. Now the App is asking me for a username and password. What is it?

The username is your email address, i.e., the one you used when you registered for the conference. The password is the same as the one for the Zerista conference app website (it will have prompted you to set your own password when you logged in for the first time).

If you have forgotten your password, please try entering this password app2018If that doesn’t work please ask the system to reset your password. Click on the 'need help logging in' link underneath the login fields. The system should automatically send you an automated password reset email.

If that doesn't work, your spam filter may be blocking the system emails. In that case, please email us and we will reset the password for you manually. Or visit the App Help Desk in the conference foyer.

Q. I have forgotten my password

NOTE: The App password is NOT the same as your HiNZ member password - they are two different systems.

Please follow these three steps:

  • If you have forgotten your App password, please try app2019
  • If that doesn’t work, then ask the system to reset your password. Click on the 'need help logging in' link underneath the login fields. The system should automatically send you an automated password reset email.
  • If that doesn't work, your spam filter may be blocking it. In that case, please email us and we will reset the password for you manually. (If you are at the conference, visit the app help desk beside the registration desk.)
Q. Can I use the app if I don't have an iPhone or Android smartphone?

Yes, you can view it via your internet browser at https://hinz2019.zerista.com

Q. How do I use the exhibition leads app?

Q. How do I edit my company profile in the app? (Relevant to exhibitors & sponsors only)
1) Log into the website using the email used to register for the conference
2) If you are linked to a company, there is a drop down menu to choose between your personal profile and company profile in the top right corner.
3) Select the company instead of your name
4) "Edit Profile" become available to edit the company profile.
5) Return to your personal profile by selecting your name again in the top right corner
