Ryan P. Radecki, MD MS FACEM FACEP, is a U.S.-trained emergency physician and clinical informatics specialist. He works in the ED at Waitaha Canterbury, and as Senior Clinical Advisor to Health NZ in the AI Lab, the National Artificial Intelligence and Algorithm Expert Advisory Group, and the Whānau, Consumer and Clinician Digital Council. He is best known internationally for his critical appraisal podcast and editorial work with Annals of Emergency Medicine.

Dr Emeline Ramos Physician Executive InterSystems
Dr Emeline Ramos is a Physician Executive and former surgeon, now leading a clinical team within InterSystems across the Asia-Pacific region. She focuses on the strategic use of AI within electronic medical records to optimise workflows and improve clinician experience. Emeline previously served as Medical Director at AstraZeneca’s clinical trials unit and brings deep expertise at the intersection of medicine, research, and digital health. She is passionate about designing future-ready healthcare systems where data, intelligence, and clinicians work seamlessly together.
