From delivery to data to insights

We will show what is possible when NGO providers get together from an outcomes perspective and use technology to collaborate. We are using a shared outcomes framework, a SharePoint environment and PowerBI models to monitor progress and inform decisions. In Taranaki, three Māori NGOs work in close collaboration under an alliance structure; Tui Ora, Ngati Ruanui Healthcare, Ngaruahine Iwi Health Services. Tui Ora provide information management support for all three (SharePoint Site, data warehouse, Reporting and outcomes framework, analytical services).
