The event will showcase how digital integration can and is improving connections between the new hospital, primary care, community services, and patients themselves and will feature round-table discussions encouraging cross-sector networking and practical knowledge sharing. The program will feature real-world examples of digital health solutions already working in the southern region, explore what a more connected future could look like, and the challenges to be overcome to achieve that vision.
