Breaking down barriers for seamless care

Data can be the connective tissue that binds disparate care experiences into a whole-of-patient health care provision. By streamlining all data into workflows that integrate care across settings, transformative patient experiences and better outcomes can be achieved. Enabled by predictive analytics, imagine care collaboration platforms that evolve from transactional health documentation systems to intelligent mentoring, predictive solutions. Imagine a tomorrow where care is seamless, timely and where health has no bounds.

Disrupting conventional technology and fragmented workflow is within reach with solutions that improve the experience of care teams and patients – these are real-world solutions that are affordable, scalable and sustainable - from community to tertiary care.

Dr. Roy Smythe will share Philips’ vision and progress towards integrated care across the continuum, illustrating how leading health systems are building future-ready care by defragmenting today’s silos of data that improve clinical workflow, optimize enterprise management and enhance patient care.
