Behavioural science and its increasing importance in driving transformation for both patients and providers

As the health system faces increasing pressure from the increase in treating and managing behavioural/lifestyle diseases, we see an opportunity through connected technologies to support adherence, better understand and enable personalised care plans and support providers to change their own behaviours to support new models of care delivery.

This presentation will look at examples of how to use behavioural change techniques to support both patients and providers to achieve their goals and provide top tips for your own endeavours.
