Jocelyn is the programme lead for 'Connecting Care’ and is based in Bristol, in the south-west of England.
Connecting Care is an innovative partnership & interoperability programme. The programme is dedicated to using digital solutions to improve information sharing across a wide range of NHS, health and care organisations. This award-winning programme has been delivering benefits since 2013, and has evolved to become one of the most advanced shared care and personal health records in the UK.
Jocelyn has more than 20 years’ experience in driving technology programmes, including 14 in the NHS. She has a real understanding of what it takes to create and lead highly capable and motivated delivery teams, placing a strong focus on team culture and values. She successfully manages a multi- organisational programme that has delivered shared care record and personal health record projects on multiple technology platforms.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Easy Anglia and a master’s degree in IT from the University of the West of England.
