Fiona Marsh is Administration Manager at Gore Health. She has over 20 years of experience in administration and information technology and has been working at Gore Hospital since 2011. She enjoys the daily challenges of working in information technology, learning new systems, interacting with people and sharing her knowledge.
Fiona has been instrumental in implementing several new technology initiatives at Gore Hospital, including Timetrak, a mobile patient scheduling system and electronic patient record for the district nursing service. The implementation of this new system using hand held tablets has been very successful with our district nursing team. It has improved the visibility of patient records and the productivity of staff by eliminating unnecessary administration and travel time. This allows the nursing team to have more hands on clinical time and an increased number of visits per district nurse in a given period of time.
In her free time, Fiona is a busy mother, enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her children in their chosen sports.
