Bharat’s background is in the Nursing and Health Management sector where he gained extensive experience in mental health nursing, rehabilitation, transformation strategy, human resources, and change management. With his in-depth clinical expertise and experience across multi-disciplinary teams as well as operations management, he has been able to successfully utilise his skills and expertise in all his strategic and operational leadership roles, including clinical operations, and quality improvement, and developed organisational capacity and reach of health, wellness and clinical services, which not only benefited clients/patients/service-users but staff and the wider community. 

Bharat has a strong commitment to equity, social justice, and inclusion. His leadership approach is one that achieves improvement and change through authentic relationships based on integrity and trust.
