• LOGO - please send a high-resolution uncropped image as a graphic file, preferably as an EPS file (or JPEG if unable to provide EPS). Please send image as an attachment to an email, not embedded in a Word document.

• About your company (up to 350 words)
• Full name and job title of person to contact (plus email address)
• Your website URL and any other URL links you want to include
