Welcome to Kōrero for Change | Digital and Information Systems, a webinar hosted by Access Matters Aotearoa Trust, with support from Whaikaha - Ministry of Disabled People and funding from J R McKenzie Trust.

Accessible and inclusive digital and information systems are essential for empowering the disability community in Aotearoa, ensuring equitable access to education, employment, and participation in society. Systemic barriers to digital platforms limit these opportunities, but adopting global standards like EN 301 549 can drive innovation in accessible design, harmonise standards, and create a more inclusive future. 

We are excited to feature international speakers, panellists, and moderators to spark dialogue, challenge ableism, and drive action toward inclusive digital and Information Systems in Aotearoa New Zealand.
