Sorsix Acquires Aceso Health Limited to Strengthen Commitment to New Zealand Healthcare

Sorsix, an Australian technology company renowned for its revolutionary healthcare solutions, is excited to announce the acquisition of Aceso Health Limited, a leader in delivering innovative health IT solutions in New Zealand. This acquisition underscores Sorsix’s commitment to advancing healthcare delivery and integration throughout the region. 

Over the past six years, Sorsix and Aceso Health have worked collaboratively to transform the healthcare landscape of New Zealand by integrating the islands of care and improving patient and provider experiences. Through this acquisition, Sorsix will take over the operations of Aceso Health’s related party contracts and business, allowing it to prioritize its work and engagement in New Zealand.

This acquisition will ensure a seamless continuation of Aceso Health’s services with the same familiar faces, while allowing Sorsix to deepen its focus on enhancing healthcare delivery through their innovative technologies.
