Personify Care Pty Ltd, leading provider of digital pathways and patient engagement platform for health systems, and Novari Health, a market leader in waitlist management and referral management technologies, have announced a strategic partnership to deliver a new benchmark in waitlist optimisation and healthcare personalisation that will enable health systems to release much needed capacity, reduce wait times and ensure patients get access to the care they need.

The Novari Access to Care Platform includes a series of integrated software modules providing surgical waiting list management, referral management, waiting times reporting, central referral intake, and care coordination. Health systems, hospitals, regional health authorities, and governments leverage Novari Health’s cloud-based technologies to reduce waiting times and ensure that patients receive timely and equitable care.

Increasingly, effective optimisation of surgical waitlists by health systems, requires real-time, data-driven referral management but also the effective management of patient progress against clinically defined pathways after their referral, before their hospital admission and once they’ve been discharged.

The strategic partnership between Personify Care and Novari Health offers hospitals and health systems a fully integrated, comprehensive offering that will enable Novari’s referral management solutions to seamlessly initiate clinically defined prehabilitation and pre-admission pathways that will support patients being better prepared and informed about their care whilst reducing administrative burden on clinical teams allowing them to focus on high value care.

As a result of this strategic partnership, Novari Health is pleased to announce the launch of the Novari Patient Engage to the Canadian and UK markets which will be powered by Personify Care’s technology platform. Under the partnership a fully interoperable offering will also be available to health systems across Australia and New Zealand which will be supported by both companies.
