Digital Health CONNECT magazine print edition phased out

It has been over a year and a half since we launched Digital Health CONNECT magazine and we hope you have enjoyed reading about all the inspiring and enlightening news we covered in each new edition.

Currently, our members receive a special member edition in both print and digital format. However, most of the feedback we have received since the first issue of CONNECT confirms that many of our readers no longer want print copies, and many of our members have opted to only receive the digital edition. Feedback suggests this is because they are satisfied with reading the digital format, wish to save us print and postage costs, and for environmental reasons.

So, we have decided to cease our print edition for future issues of CONNECT, except for the annual conference issue, which will be available at the conference only. We will not be mailing out any future issues of CONNECT magazine

This was a difficult decision for the HiNZ media team, and we appreciate this may be disappointing to some of our readers. It may be a small step but not printing and mailing every issue of CONNECT throughout New Zealand and internationally will help us to reduce our carbon footprint and align the services we provide with the very industry our members represent – digital health.
