NEWS - eHealthNews.nz editor Rebecca McBeth
eHealthNews articles are being posted on the eHealth Forum to further encourage collaboration and connection in New Zealand’s digital health community.
At least one news story a week is being posted on the eHealth Forum where members can comment on and discuss it, as well as contact those involved who are fellow forum members.
HiNZ news editor Rebecca McBeth says that as the organisation supports both websites, it makes sense to provide a direct connection between the two.
“We don’t provide a comment function on our articles, so it is great to have the forum as an option for this and to raise the profile - amongst our members and readers - of the resources available to them via HiNZ,” she says.
eHealth Forum community platform lead Nathan Kershaw says the ‘news’ category on the forum will develop over time and will hopefully encourage more people to join the online community and share their ideas and experience.
“I hope the news stories will spark some rich discussions. Now that the first stories are live, I encourage forum members to take a look and start commenting,” he says.
Membership of the eHealth Forum is free and open to all health professionals with an interest in digital health.
