SECTOR UPDATE - Whānau Tahi

Whānau Tahi has released version 6 of it’s Whānau Tahi Navigator platform for Whānau Ora and other contracted service delivery.  Whānau Tahi is the thought leader in systems that support Whānau Centred Planning, Whānau Journeys of Change, and Outcome measurement, without compromising the need for contractual compliance when needed. Version 6 uses the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform cloud technologies.

Version 6 introduces new features in response to feedback from our customers, co-investments, and innovation. These include
An improved enrolment process for incoming referrals, allowing pre-enrolment requirements to be set prior to completing enrolment.
A new outcomes menu, which greatly simplifies the process of identifying and adding whānau outcomes to a plan.
The ability to manage budgets (e.g., for Flexi-funding or Te Kete Oranga), with a support for authority levels and approval processes.
Improvements in support for PrimHD data capture and reporting.
Built in support and reporting for Integrated Primary Mental Health and Addiction (IPMHA) providers.
Built in support and reporting for Well Child/Tamariki Ora providers.
Standard Power BI Dashboards and self-service business intelligence.
New apps for the Dynamics 365 Unified Interface, with support for access on tablets and other mobile devices.
Useability and security enhancements

As an evergreen product, this update is being rolled out to Whānau Tahi customers in a staged schedule, with all deployments expected to be completed by September 2021.

Whānau Tahi continues to invest in improving the wellbeing of whānau and the wellbeing of kaimahi who give of themselves to support whānau in their journeys of change.
