SECTOR UPDATE - eHealthSmart

ReportsAn innovative reporting solution has launched to help Allied health practices manage their business.

The software, eHealthSmart.co.nz, provides daily updates of revenue, appointments, retention, and productivity.

Flock Consulting managing partner, Jon Foote, said "small practices struggle to get access to reporting at a cost they can afford, eHealthSmart is designed to give practices reporting you might see in larger practices for a fraction of the cost, while making it modern, easy to use, and accessible.”

Starting at $99 per month a small practice can view their reporting from their practice management system, with additional options available as required.

Users benefit from pre-built, visually appealing charts showing the most common reporting requirements for managing their practice. The system is accessible from a computer or mobile phone web browser.

Currently reporting is available for practice management systems, Gensolve or Cliniko.

Appointments

Future releases will include Outcomes data, to enable ease of reporting on the success of treatments and achievement of recovery goals for their patients.

Further releases will include reporting for Xero or MYOB, Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Facebook. Bringing all reporting into one place, making managing their practice much simpler.

The software allows for regular oversight of their key measures and reporting requirements updated daily.

eHealthSmart is a cost-effective way for small to medium sized health practices to have access to reporting to manage their business like a larger organisation, without the costs normally associated with a business intelligence project.

A small practice can view their reporting from their practice management system and can choose one or more of the optional extras from accounting and social media data sources. Standard packages are available for practices up to 5 clinicians, up to 20 clinicians or custom options for practices over 20 clinicians, or multiple practices.

“The immediate benefit was the ability to easily identify appointments that hadn’t been completed correctly, so we could go back into Gensolve to fix them straight away, this helps us capture missed or delayed reimbursements from ACC” one user said.
