CiLN Advisory Panel Update – March 2021

NEWS – CiLN co-chair Nathan Kershaw The eagerly awaited HiNZ Digital Health Leadership Summits in the 3 major centres are happening next week; I am really looking forward to getting into some solid topics and spending time with other passionate health informaticians.
Do look out for your CiLN colleagues - the orange badges are our mark, so please do wear yours. If you don’t have one, there should be some at each of the events if you ask around. Over the coming months, the CiLN Advisory Panel are working towards a closer working relationship with HiNZ following an approach by the HiNZ board. We will soon share details of what this might entail and seek all of your thoughts. Lastly, this month the Panel are farewelling Michael Hosking, releasing him to focus on his good work on the informatics side of the Covid-19 response. You’ll find discussion about these and more on discourse.digitalhealth.net/c/nz-ciln-forum. Do post any questions you might have, and stories that you would like to tell, or challenges that you face.
