There is only 3 ½ weeks left until applications close for the 5G Starter Fund. One of the key categories for this fund is Next Gen Health. Spark is looking for 5G-enabled solutions that enable a step forward for the health and wellness of all New Zealanders. Download the Entry Kit for all the details.
The fund has been created to help leading-edge Kiwi businesses from across the country bring their most innovative 5G ideas to life. The focus is on four key categories – Next Gen Health, Good for New Zealand, Industry Disruptors and Immersive Experiences.
The 5G Starter Fund will support up to four businesses, with the 1st prize winner receiving $250,000 and three 2nd prize winners receiving $125,000 each. All winners will receive business and tech mentoring from industry leaders, as well as access to technology and equipment to test and build on Spark’s 5G network. During the winners program they will also be connected virtually with Spark partners Verizon in NYC, adding a global best-in-class perspective on their tech.
