The Clinician’s ZEDOC Platform won two awards at the recent aged-care event Eldex Asia, the largest in Asia dedicated to the rapidly growing aging population industry, and also has been nominated as a finalist in the health tech innovation challenge for Health 2.0 & HIMSS Japan, due to be announced next month in Tokyo.

ZEDOC is an AI-driven and integrated software platform that measures health outcomes with a special focus on PROMs (patient reported outcome measurements) and PREMs (patient reported experience measurements).

What is unique about ZEDOC is that the cost of care at every step in the patient journey is also put into perspective, supporting implementation of Value Based Healthcare models to improve outcomes while containing costs.

The Clinician currently works with leading hospitals, research organisations and government agencies in Australia, New Zealand, Israel and Singapore.

Strongly led by clinical domain expertise and low friction UX design, they are achieving excellent clinician and patient buy-in. With effective change management and implementation experience, The Clinician has been attracting marked attention from other adjacent Asian markets as well.

The Clinician's R&D focus is on developing solutions to support different layers of the healthcare system with measuring outcomes and costs of healthcare services, from the single patient journey up to the entire patient population, with special attention given to keep the patient at the front and centre throughout the entire process.

“The Clinician’s ZEDOC platform ushers in a new era of AI-based patient engagement solutions – harnessing refined machine-learning techniques that minimise the duration of remote health assessment while making them more personal to the patients.

“ZEDOC is well positioned to revolutionise care by redefining the way healthcare is measured and delivered, says The Clinician's Managing Director Tamaryn Hankinson.
