From 25 May 2018, many agencies will face a host of new and significant privacy obligations. Not least of these will be the requirement to notify EU privacy regulators of a data breach. We’ll hear regulatory, legal, technical and local perspectives on what GDPR really means for us all, and how it compares to existing obligations under the NZ Privacy Act. We’ll also facilitate a discussion on what our members are doing, not doing or are concerned about.
