Do technology developers, clinicians and patients share the same aims for new technology in Primary Health Care?
The meeting aims to help:
- primary care clinicians better understand the technology innovations on the horizon and how to approach adopting them
- scientists and technology developers with an interest in developing new health technologies to better understand their customer needs.
The Wellington Health Technology Network invites you to join us in hearing the perspectives of different groups each with an important stake in getting the best for the patient out of new technologies. We have a fantastic group of speakers who will share their views on their respective stages of technology development, implementation and use in clinical care.
Their perspectives include:
- Technology development and commercialisation (market research, product development and market access)
- Patient representation
- IT change management and implementation in health
- What does a GP Practice need from new technologies?
- The technologies covered will include medical devices, diagnostics, software and telehealth
- solutions.
Have questions, challenges or views of your own? We invite you to submit questions for the panel in advance, please forward any questions by email to Kevin Sheehy for inclusion in the panel discussion.
RSVP – please respond directly to Kevin.Sheehy@navigator.healthcare
