Mrs Karyn Sangster is currently Chief Nurse Advisor Primary & Integrated Care at Counties Manukau Health. In this role she is responsible for leading the development of Community and Primary Health Care nursing leadership capability and capacity within the sector to ensure a workforce that is fit for purpose and able to actively participate in service integration. Karyn works in collaboration with the Director of Nursing for Hospital Services to drive opportunities to increase capacity and capability of primary and community nursing. Karyn was appointed Chair of Nurse Executives New Zealand in July 2017.
