Cliff Hawkins

Fisher and Paykel Healthcare
Cliff is a software innovator based in Auckland. His vision for software in healthcare focuses on creating products that improve the lives of patients and the professionals managing them.
At FPH he manages design & development of health informatics products themed on patient engagement, support and education. He believes a combination of user centric design and rapid prototyping gives his team the edge in delivering world class healthcare solutions.
His background in cloud, mobile and IoT technology has led the way in the development of a connected, highly available & secure informatics product platform that enables FPH to innovate and explore exciting new opportunities in the healthcare industry.
Prior to this role, he has worked in technology start-ups to produce large scale informatics solutions in the automotive industry including a real-time vehicle & logistics telemetry platform, a NZTA approved electronic distance recorder and early work on predictive cruise control
