Guidelines for Poster Presentations at the December 2022 conference in Rotorua

The posters will be displayed on a large free standing monitor in the main foyer of the venue.

The poster presentations will be scheduled for the lunch period on Wednesday 7 December. This time will be visible to delegates in the conference programme in the conference app.

Each speaker will get 10 minutes to talk about their poster and answer questions with the audience.

Poster Specifications

• The monitor can swivel so we can display your poster on the monitor as either portrait OR landscape.
• The dimensions of the image/slide need to be 1920 x 1080 pixels.
• If you are using PowerPoint, select ‘On-screen show (16:9)'
• The poster image needs to be in PNG format.
