Information for Exhibitors & Sponsors

The HiNZ Conference is going to Rotorua this year. The HiNZ Conference will run on Wednesday 1 November to Friday 3 November at the Energy Events Centre. Pack-in is late afternoon/evening on Tuesday 31 October. The NZ Nursing Informatics Conference will run for one day on Thursday 2 November.

This year will be a networking extravaganza! Make new connections and solidify your existing ones. 

• There is a two hour welcome function from 5.30pm to 7.30pm on Wednesday 1 November in the exhibition hall.
• On Thursday 2 November, from 6pm to 10.30pm, we have booked out the entire Skyline complex for your entertainment. There will be fun activities (Luge, Zipline, Skyswing), top quality catering and spectacular views to enjoy. No speeches, no awards, no MC. Just lots of fun, laughs and networking in a relaxed environment!
