Digital Health Week NZ runs from Monday 18 November to Friday 22 November 2019, at Claudelands in Hamilton. There are optional workshops on Monday to Wednesday. The HiNZ Exhibition opens at 7.30am on Wednesday 20 November. The HiNZ Conference opens at 1.30pm on Wednesday 20 November and ends at 1pm on Friday 22 November.

  • HiNZ members get a $500 discount. To be eligible your membership expiry date needs to be after 22 November 2019.
  • Join HiNZ during registration to get the $500 discount! During registration you will have the option to join/renew. It is only $198 to join/renew for a year and you immediately become eligible for the $500 discount and other great member benefitsIt makes sense to join - as you will save $302 on your conference registration!
  • HiNZ speakers get a $500 discount.
  • Members of affiliate organisations can claim a $400 discount.

You are only able to claim one discount per registration.

Delegate Pass Terms & Conditions
  • Discounts are not able to be combined. You can only claim one discount per registration.
  • To be eligible for a student pass you need to be a HiNZ student member (it is free for students to join HiNZ).
  • Your member status will be checked after your registration is received. To be eligible for the $500 HiNZ member discount your HiNZ member expiry date must be after 22 November 2019. If it isn't, and you claim the discount, you will be invoiced by HiNZ for the $198 membership renewal fee. When you renew your HiNZ membership during registration, your term will automatically be extended by one year from your current expiry date. If you want to know your HiNZ membership expiry date please email Gloria.
  • Affiliated organisation discount: To be eligible for other organisation discounts you must be a current financial member of one of the listed affiliate organisations.
  • eHealth event passes are special low-cost passes, priced to be affordable for nurses and allied health professionals. Member discounts do not apply to these low-cost passes.
  • Each exhibitor and sponsor have a set allocation of free exhibitor passes within their contract. If the number of free exhibitor passes claimed by a company is higher than their set allocation, the exhibiting company can claim the low exhibitor delegate pass rate of only $395 +gst per extra delegate. This fee only applies to staff members working on their exhibition booth, not to company employees attending the conference who aren’t working at the booth.
