Sponsorship of Leadership Summit - rescheduled to March 2021

 

In the post-Covid era, health sector leaders told HiNZ they want events that give them the opportunity to meet digital health experts in their local area, in a safe and responsible way. Sponsors told us that getting them face-to-face with decision-makers is vital.

 

The innovative solution from HiNZ is the Digital Health Leadership Summit series!

The Digital Health Leadership Summit will be repeated in three different cities, at a convenient inner-city location.

  • Monday 22 March 2021 – WELLINGTON (Te Papa) 
  • Wednesday 24 March 2021 – CHRISTCHURCH (Rydges Latimer)
  • Friday 26 March 2021 – AUCKLAND (ASB Showgrounds)

 

There will be two keynote speakers, who will speak at all three Summits:

  • Shayne Hunter, Deputy Director General of Data and Digital, Ministry of Health
  • Dr Lloyd McCann, Chief Executive Officer, Mercy Radiology and Clinics; Head of Digital Health, Healthcare Holdings

 

Engaging discussion format


There will be a different group of VIPs in each city. HiNZ will invite digital health decision-makers from each region to attend the event. This is a unique opportunity for sponsors to spend quality time with sector leaders for an entire day. 

 

Sponsors can attend in just one city, two cities, or all three. The choice is yours, depending on which region is of most interest to your business.

 

The main plenary room will be set up with round tables and ten seats per table. Each table will have a different discussion topic. Each delegate will have the opportunity to visit approximately six discussion tables throughout the day, based on which topics are of most interest to them. Rotating seats will enable you to easily make new connections and generate new ideas.

 

Interspersed during the day will be a few speaker sessions for a change of pace.

 

There will be plenty of opportunities to network with other delegates during am/pm tea and lunch in the catering area; and the event will conclude with a networking function with snacks and beverages from 5-7pm.

 

Limited sponsorship packages available now

Attendance at this exclusive leadership summit is strictly limited, to ensure we get a quality audience. This ensure we can provide you with a valuable relationship building opportunity. For this reason, only sponsors may attend from the industry. (The free tickets being offered to healthcare workers are not available to the industry.)

 

Exhibition spots

 

The exhibition booths are 3m x 1.8m and cost $3900 each. They are located in the catering area that will be used by delegates during breaks and for the 2 hour networking function from 5-7pm. There are exhibitions in Auckland and Wellington. (There is NO exhibition in Christchurch due to the venue not being suitable.)
