Do you wish to speak at HiNZ 2020?

This is your chance to be a speaker at the 2020 HiNZ Conference, which is part of Digital Health Week NZ. The peer reviewed presentations cover a broad range of themes. There is a submission type to suit most situations.

 

Why you should speak at HiNZ 2020:

  • Show others how your organisation has been successful in using digital health.
  • Share your research and studies on ways to improve healthcare.
  • Partner with healthcare facilities, clinicians, vendors and others to present a compelling case for the value of your implementation.
  • Make sure your research, your project, your innovation, your experience is a part of the biggest digital health event in New Zealand.
  • Highlight your organisation's response to the Covid-19 crisis.

 

We know you are busy - so we have simplified the submission form for case studies.

It requires a maximum of 650 words (less if you wish) and no full papers are required. The submission template for case studies is brief, with only three headings:

  • Introduction and context
  • Outline of presentation content
  • Why your presentation will benefit the audience

 

Deadlines

Submissions close at midnight 19 June 2020  (CONFERENCE CANCELLED due to Covid-19)

  • Notification of acceptance to authors: 14 August 2020
  • SuperSaver registration deadline: 18 September 2020
  • EarlyBird registration deadline: 16 October 2020
  • Digital Health Week NZ: 23-27 November 2020
  • Submission speaker dates are 25-27 November 2020

There are TWO submission types to choose from. No full papers are required.

  • Case Study

Case Study

This submission requires a short outline of what you wish to talk about. 

There are only three headings:

  • Introduction and context
  • Outline of presentation content
  • Why your presentation will benefit the audience

Scientific Abstracts

This submission requires a scientific abstract only (full paper is not required)

 

We are looking for research abstracts and associated oral presentations that provide insights into the latest thinking, innovations and emerging initiatives. The review committee includes local/international academics and health informatics experts.
