Synopsis

State of the Art in Digital Transformation

Digital transformation is occurring rapidly at a global scale, requiring the investments of billions of dollars.  We will explore the drivers for digital transformation in healthcare, how to manage the inevitable disruption and provide some evidence-based and practical advice on maximising the positive impacts (and minimising the negative impacts!).

 

Biography

Associate Professor Clair Sullivan

A/ Prof Clair Sullivan graduated with Honours in Medicine from UQ and a Research Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Leeds. She is a fellow of both the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Australian College of Health Informatics. She has been appointed Associate Professor of Medicine in Clinical Informatics at the University of QLD and is Adjunct Professor, Faculty of Health, Queensland University of Technology.  She is widely published in clinical informatics and serves on several national advisory boards for digital health. Clair is currently the Chief Digital Health Officer for Metro North Hospital and Health Service, QLD Health.
