Digital Health Week NZ features over a range of events and workshops, catering to the various professions and topics within digital health.

The week culminates with the HiNZ Conference, New Zealand's largest digital health event. In 2019 over 1450 delegates attended HiNZ 2019 in Hamilton.


Digital Health Week NZ is 23-27 November 2020

Pre-conference events are on 23 & 24 November. HiNZ 2020 starts at 9am on Wednesday 25 November and closes at 1pm on Friday 27 November.


The eHealth Nursing one day conference on Wednesday 25 November is New Zealand's premier event for nurses interested in digital health. (A full day pass includes the plenary sessions of the HiNZ Conference.) The eAllied Health one day conference, also on Wednesday 25 November, launched in 2018 - this will be its third year.

  • HiNZ sessions: 9am Wed 25 Nov to 1pm Fri 27 Nov


  • Exhibition pack in: Tue 24 Nov, from 8am to 2pm
  • Exhibition opens: Tue 24 Nov at 3pm
  • Exhibition pack out: Fri 27 Nov, from 7am to 10am

The conference will be held at the spacious Claudelands Event Centre in Hamiltion.



There is limited hotel accommodation in Hamilton. If you want a hotel room, we recommend you book early! HiNZ has rooms reserved for delegates at a range of hotels and motels but these will sell out quickly after we open registration. There are two networking functions within the HiNZ Conference - the welcome function in the exhibition hall on the evening of Wednesday 25 November and the networking dinner at Claudelands on Thursday 26 November.



The HiNZ Conference during Digital Health Week 2019 was endorsed by The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) and the College of Nurses Aotearoa NZ. When the programme is finalised we will apply for 2020 endorsement.
