Poster production

The poster author is responsible for printing their own poster. Each poster should be no larger than A0 size and should be in portrait orientation (840 mm wide by 1190 mm high). We suggest you use a company such as Warehouse Stationary who do A0 size printing while you wait. The cost of printing an A0 poster on a heavy paper stock (160gsm to 200gsm) is approximately $25 - $40.

Tips for preparing your poster

Successful posters get the key messages across succinctly and clearly. A good poster has a main theme, presents useful information and stimulates discussion. It usually includes pictures or graphs. If you need thought starters, here are website links about poster design that you may find useful:

Please bring your poster to the conference registration desk at the following times:

Posters will be displayed in a prominent position within the conference venue on black Velcro panels. Please bring Velcro hook dots or pins with you so you can attach your poster securely to the wall. (Blu-Tack or Sellotape will not work).

Posters must be removed before 5pm on Thursday 3 November or they will be disposed of by the venue as rubbish.
