Organisation Member Structure
Share |

HiNZ Organisation Members will receive one FREE membership for an employee on top of their organisation membership.

The structure of the organisation and employee membership is shown below:

  • Master Account – Organisation
  • Sub-Account – Employee (of the organisation above)

NOTE: Dues associated with the Master/Sub-account set-up are linked to the Organisation not the Employee.

The organisation membership is the master account and will need to have an administrator or other designated contact within the organisation who is happy to be the main contact for that membership and take ownership of that account.

The FREE membership for one employee is the sub-account of the master account.  The administrator of the master account can invite the sub-account member to join via their Membership Profile after they have logged into the site.

Q.How does the master account invite the sub-account?
Click here to download a PDF with detailed instructions.

Q. What rights do I have as the Master account?

Master accounts have full front-end community access to all the features available on the site as well as the following additional rights:

  • Suspend sub-account
  • Detach sub-account
  • View/update profile of sub-account
  • Export data
  • Sign-in as the Employee

Q. What rights do I have as the Sub-account?

Sub-accounts have full front-end community access to all the features available on the site.

NOTE: Once the Master account membership expires, the sub-account will no longer have access to the site.  Once renewed, both the master and sub-account will regain immediate access.

If you have any queries, please contact us and we will guide you through the set-up.
