Frequently asked questions and answers (relevant to the 'Zerista' conference app)

   

Q. I didn’t get the email invite. How do I login?

If you didn't receive the invite (it may have been trapped by your spam filter) or if you've had problems logging in, here is another way to do so:

Go to: http://hinz2016.zerista.com/

Enter your email address (ie. the one you registered for the conference with)

If you are a new user, the system will ask you to choose a password.

 

If you wish to use the app on a mobile device, you will also need to download the App from the Android or Apple store onto your chosen device. Search for HINZ2016 in the app store. The login/password for the mobile app will be the same as for the Zerista website ie. your email and your chosen password.

 

Q. I have forgotten the password I set up last year.

NOTE: The app password is NOT the same as your hinz member password - they are two different systems. Please follow these three steps:

 

Step 1 - If you have forgotten your app password, please try hinz2016.

Step 2 - If that doesn’t work, then ask the system to reset your password. Click on the 'need help logging in' link underneath the login fields. The system should automatically send you an automated password reset email.

Step 3 - If that doesn't work, your spam filter may be blocking it. In that case, please email us and we will reset the password for you manually.

 

Q. I have logged into the app website. How do I get the app on my phone?

Go to Google play or iStore and search for HINZ2016 to download and install the mobile app on your chosen device.

 

Q. I have logged into the website and downloaded the mobile app. Now the mobile app is asking me for a username and password. What is it?

The username is your email address (ie. the one you used when you registered for the conference). The password is the same as the one for the Zerista conference app website. If you have forgotten your password, please try entering hinz2016.

 

If that doesn’t work please ask the system to reset your password. Click on the 'need help logging in' link underneath the login fields. The system should automatically send you an automated password reset email.

 

If that doesn't work, your spam filter may be blocking it. In that case, please email us and we will reset the password for you manually.

 

Q. Can I use the app if I don't have an iPhone or Android smartphone?

Yes, you can view it via an internet browser at http://hinz2016.zerista.com/

 

Q. The link in my invite email says it has ‘expired’.

The link ‘expires’ as soon as you login to the Zerista ‘conference app’ website with your username and password. If it is saying the link has expired, then you need to:

Go to: http://hinz2016.zerista.com/

Enter your email address in the username field

And ask the system to reset your password (if you can’t remember what it is)
