Biography

Alistair is currently the CEO and chairman of HFL. He has many years of CEO level experience in running businesses (in media, software development, and now business services), and has a track record of engineering the rapid development of SMEs (small-to-medium-sized enterprises) into fully-fledged regional businesses. He joined HFL in 2007 and purchased the business in 2012.  

 

Alistair is an in-demand C-level coach, with a decade of experience in assisting executives refine and polish their leadership style and strategic alignment. Alistair is a director of a number of small companies in the IT and media space, in both Australia and Singapore, as well as being majority owner of HFL. He specialises in building innovative new offerings via HFL, and working with executive teams on translating strategy, leadership culture, and driving change effectively - always focusing on accelerating business performance within those organisations.
