Background
Health Care and Informatics Review Online (HCIRO) is dedicated to reviewing and interpreting significant developments in healthcare delivery with a particular focus on health informatics. The Journal is the only New Zealand based journal focusing on health information technology issues and has been publishing since 1996. Since that time HCIRO has published four editions per year, and is growing in both quality and quantity of material published.
